Meeting Minutes for July 9

Hi I'm Zhuo Yang. On Wednesday we went down to Chaoyang School to meet Mrs Suwandi for our meeting regarding our directions for the term. Here are the minutes of the meeting, and I think we have an eventful term ahead with quite a few objectives which we can achieve!


Feedback on the proposal: Computer Application Skills
Generally okay
While we conduct the IT lessons, we can continue with basic training of how to use the internet café (management courses)
Reinforce idea of serving & buying
Concept: to have a general internet café atmosphere where everybody does different things


Schedule
New students will be scheduled down
Different lessons to be conducted for different groups of people
When schedule is done up, the lesson plan will be given as well. Mrs. Suwandi will decide which classes to be taught which lesson plans.
Starting in T3W4, 16th July Wednesday not possible because of Chaoyang School’s Enrichment Week
However other possible dates to start in T3W3 include 15th July Tuesday or 18th July Friday


Other stuff concurrent with the IT lessons & serving lessons
Have shopping board game, etc.
Group studying
Chaoyang School can buy things like menus, cashier, and aprons to place in the internet café so as to create the atmosphere


Updates on tentative Prima Deli sponsorship deal
No progress regarding the delivery of pastries by Prima Deli
However, picking up the pastries at Keppel is very tough for Chaoyang School
Alternative: Chaoyang School can pick up from a Prima Deli outlet nearby the school
Sponsored pastries are to be incorporated into the lessons for the coming term, whereby different students are doing different things (i.e. some will be serving)
